So,
I can't log into my website. and to submit a ticket you have to log in, but I'm submitting a ticket because I can't log in! So after about a half hour I set up a bogus account with my private email address just to submit a ticket.
If I don't have a solution from their support team within 24 hours, I'm switching hosts.
Anyone have any suggestions for a new host company?
